My pain may be chronic, but I remain iconic.
We’ve been going Yellow (and Black) for a while now, not just for March! 💛(🖤)
And it’s not just because Head Coach Sab is a die-hard Richmond supporter (that’s a football reference for those playing from overseas). AMS is goin’ yellow because 1 in 7 people (an estimation by science-talking peeps – it may be more) have Endometriosis. Your Head Coach, Sab, is one of those “lucky” people and we bet some of you are too. Doubly blessed, Sab also has Adenomyosis and again, you might too.
Well, no matter what you’re dealing with, we’re here for it.
This program is not here to fundraise or preach about struggles, although we’re happy to listen. Sab’s had her fill of being told to “suck it up” by doctors, therapists and specialists.
The schedule will feature classes with 💛s – that symbol indicates that the session is Endo-friendly. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be an Endometrioso to join. These classes are about creating a space for all of us to explore what we can do.
Sab likes to focus on what’s within our capabilities. Like everyone, she’s been frustrated, sad and really fucken mad. So she harnessed that energy to get her certs and build this online community where peeps can show up as they are and thrive.
Endometriosis doesn’t just affect women, it affects all genders. We stand with trans, intersex, non-binary and gender-diverse folks who are living with endo and we’re here to create a space where you can move and feel supported without the fluff, pressure or assumptions.
We keep things accessible, low-impact and “endo-friendly”, because movement should help you feel strong, mobile and in control, not drained or fuckn’ wrecked. Whether you’re here to stretch, sweat or just survive another day with this beast of a disease, we’ve got you.
Sab’s been running this movement project in various forms for many years.
We reckon online sessions will suit many others who prefer to stay in their comfies and their own space. No special equipment required, no judgment, just the fun of moving (some resting), great tunes and a bunch of lols. Plus the occasional fur baby.
Endo effects 14% of the population
(This number may increase as the condition becomes more widely reported) and as yet there is NO CURE. Sab’s not here to fuck spiders. Instead, she’s offering classes for those of you who might like to join, knowing you’ll be supported by more than just the ground at your feet (or back).
No Cure for Endo, so here’s The Cure instead.
Sab’s put together an hour of The Cure to move, stretch and do whateverrr. Because while we can’t cure endo, we sure as hell can make movement feel better with music.

Special Thanks:
A big shout-out to our favourite artist, Kelsic Cosmic, for creating the rebel warrior artwork.
This artwork is 2 middle fingers to the broken system that fails Endometriosis care—because let’s be real, the waitlists are LONG, proper treatment is nearly nonexistent and there’s NO CURE. This image is a reminder that we’re still here fighting. Endo Warriors unite in flipping the bird to the hell we have to endure with this disease.
